A Christmas message from the Commodore

2025 brought us a few headwinds, but who knows better how to tackle these than a sailing club? Boat numbers on the Broads may be dropping, the rivers rising, and our beloved Anchorage ailing. But so long as we adapt and keep smiling, all will be well.
​
We had some great cruises and races last year,
and some strange happenings as well. But
whether you were becalmed, beating, broaching,
tangled up in flotsam, or simply sipping a glass
of what you fancy, boating on the Broads builds
some wonderful memories.
​​
Our Committee and Volunteers are tireless in
keeping the programme full and vibrant. Let’s
all look forward to the New Year with fresh
energy and commitment to enjoying another
splendid, if somewhat unpredictable, year afloat
on the best inland waters in Britain!
